The Library of the Future Framework, including its content, methodology, and materials, is owned by Gosiame Consulting (Pty) Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Paid engagements are governed by separate Scope of Work and Pricing documents, signed by both parties before commencement.

The website and free assessment are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using the Framework.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gosiame Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
